Bring your existing number
To transfer your number to RABONA®, please follow the steps below:
- Enter your number in the field below to confirm eligibility.
- Do NOT cancel your other account until the number you are transferring has been activated on Rabona.
- Transferring from a wireless carrier can happen within minutes but may take up to 24 hours.
- A number transfer from a landline can take up to 10 business days, though typically in a few days.
- Look for text messages from Rabona letting you know the status of the number transfer.
- Be sure to save any voicemails, contacts, and text messages you don't want to lose; they may be deleted during the transfer process.
- Check your account is current before and during the transfer process if you are transferring your number to a newly-added line.
